 ain and preventing injuries. Ballet is a discipline that can be approached
  at any age because it gently engages all parts of the body\, simply for t
 he pleasure of moving to the rhythm of the music. No need to be flexible o
 r have a particular physique to start! Emmanuelle Hubaut will introduce yo
 u to this beautiful discipline through small exercises at the barre and gi
 ve you a taste of the basics of classical dance. About the teacher: Emmanu
 elle Hubaut\, trained at the Grétry Academy in Liège\, received professi
 onal training with internationally renowned teachers. After a career as a 
 dancer\, she turned to teaching\, creating her own school in 1988. Despite
  a break for health reasons\, she founded the school "Omnibulle" in 2007\,
  dedicated to dance pedagogy for adults and seniors\, which today has more
  than 200 students.​ Emmanuelle is committed to making dance accessible 
 to all\, especially the elderly and sick. She has notably led a dance work
 shop for HIV-positive children at CHU St Pierre in Brussels\, and is devel
 oping other similar projects. Want to go further? If you are motivated and
  interested\, we also offer a discovery class of Oriental dance on the sam
 e day\, from 10:00 am to 12:00 pm with Géraldine Cloes. More information 
 here. As part of our thematic year "Dance and Cancer\," the proceeds from 
 this event will be dedicated to funding workshops for individuals affected
  by cancer. Your participation will directly contribute to the realization
