Dance & Cancer – New series of workshops

September 2026 - Mosa Ballet School, Liège

A gentle and safe space for adults affected by cancer. These sessions are co-led by Denis Niessen (dance therapist and remedial educationalist) and Christelle Froidecœur (art therapist and psychologist), to support quality of life, body image and emotional regulation.

Module 1 - 05 & 06 September 2026 - Mosa Ballet School, Liège

Do you teach dance and wish to adapt your practice for people aged 65–90+? This intensive training course equips you to promote mobility, balance and cognitive health in older people. Led by Clare Guss-West, a specialist in Dance for Health.

Training course: 'Dance with older adults living in residential care'

Module 2 - 19 au 21 September 2026 - Mosa Ballet School, Liège

This complementary module immerses you in the heart of care homes: dealing with reduced mobility, cognitive impairments and mixed-ability groups. The programme includes theory and practical exploration, supervised as a team with Clare at the CHC Mativa care home (Liège).
