DANCE & HEALTH ANNUAL SYMPOSIUM 

"Dancing in Our Shoes"


On 17 October 2025, Mosa Ballet School is organising the 3ᵉ edition of its Dance & Health Annual Symposium, entitled ‘Dancing in Our Shoes’. A unique day of exploration sessions, participatory workshops and exchanges on the benefits of dance as a lever for health, social inclusion and well-being.

Health professionals, artists, researchers and associations will be coming together in Liège to explore the practical benefits of dance for people with disabilities, cancer, ageing or Parkinson's disease.

The event is supported by the Mosa Ballet School's Quand on Danse social programme, which is committed to a more inclusive and healthier society.

Inspiring talks, interactive round tables and practical workshops. You'll discover the latest advances in the impact of dance on health.
