In 2026, dance continues to connect us, with a particular focus: our well-being above all. To care for others, we must first care for ourselves. For young people and caregivers, emotional strain, pressure, and exhaustion have become part of everyday life. Movement provides a space where the body can reclaim its place, where emotions can flow, and where we can express ourselves without having to explain.
Two audiences at the heart of our commitment
Young people
Growing up today often means dealing with intense pressure, a fragile relationship with the body, and strong emotions. Dance creates a space where we can move, feel, and express ourselves without the need to perform. A place to regain confidence, joy, and grounding.
Caregivers
Those who care for others carry an invisible yet profound burden. Dance provides them with a space to release, breathe, and reconnect with themselves, within a respectful, artistic, and supportive environment.
Mental health is a major challenge of our time. Faced with stress, isolation and exhaustion, it is essential to preserve places where we can settle down, breathe and rediscover our inner peace.
