Sitting Dance Discovery Workshop

Sitting Dance discovery
Workshop
Sunday, November 17, from 3:00 pm to 4:30 pm with Fanny Liberatoscioli
Similar to modern dance, seated dance promotes relaxation and develops coordination, physical, and mental autonomy. It is ideal for individuals whose physical capabilities limit the possibility of dancing standing up.
This dance is adapted to each person's situation based on a simple principle: letting oneself go to the music by making rhythmic gestures.
It helps improve heart rate, blood circulation, and joint flexibility.
As part of our thematic year 'Dance and Cancer,' the proceeds from this event will be dedicated to funding workshops for individuals affected by cancer. Your participation will directly contribute to the realization of these meaningful projects.
If you wish to support our initiative, you can make a donation. Every contribution matters and makes a difference in our commitment to the community, combining the benefits of dance with the fight against cancer.
