Welcome to 2026 with Quand on Danse!

As we begin this new year, we would like to take a moment to look back and thank each and every one of you. Thanks to your presence, energy and commitment, 2025 was a year rich in projects, encounters and shared moments.

Healthy Mind, Healthy Life

In 2026, Quand on Danse will focus on mental wellbeing, with two main areas of focus: young people and carers.

This new theme complements our previous ones—seniors, inclusion, and cancer—which continue to guide our workshops, training programmes, and projects. In 2026, all of our commitments remain active, and mental wellbeing becomes a new common thread that connects and enriches our actions.

Workshops "Jeunes en mouvements"

Denis Niessen and Jean-Marc Dion, dance therapist and psychotherapist, offer therapeutic groups for young people. They provide a space to explore emotions and develop self-esteem. This project echoes our annual theme of mental wellbeing for young people.

These professors are also in charge of the dance therapy certificate programme at HELMo and are partners of Quand on Danse.
