In 2024, Quand on Danse launched an innovative programme exploring the benefits of dance for people with autism spectrum disorders (ASD). We are convinced that dance, more than just an art form, is a vehicle for psychological and physical well-being that can transform participants' quality of life while fostering social ties.

Why dance for people with ASD?

Scientific studies, supported by institutions such as the CRAL (Centre de Ressources Autisme Liège), confirm the many benefits of dance:

  • Strengthening motor skills and coordination.
  • Improved communication and social interaction.
  • Reduced stress and repetitive behaviour.
  • Encouraging emotional expression.

This programme, which has been close to our hearts for a long time, allows us to explore these dimensions and use dance to promote inclusion.
