Fanny Liberatoscioli is one of those people who make dance a true force for life. A dance and theatre teacher, and also a teacher for Quand on Danse, she embodies a deeply human, joyful and committed approach to dance and movement.
It all began one day during childhood, in the darkness of a theatre. On stage, a performance choreographed by her mother. In her seat, a little girl filled with wonder.
‘That moment left a lasting impression on me. I saw happy dancers and let myself be carried away by the music. That's when I realised that dancing was my thing.’
Later, becoming a mother led her to imagine spaces where people could dance together in a different way. She created ‘parent-child’ and ‘parent-baby’ workshops, designed to build bonds but also to create time. It was through this that she naturally opened up to adapted dance.

Today, Fanny offers seated dance classes, notably at the Mativa nursing home (Groupe santé CHC), as part of our Quand on Danse programme.
A collaboration born from a simple encounter: a member of the team, who had attended the Temps Danse school where Fanny teaches, discovered on the school's website that she offered classes for seniors... and the connection was made naturally.
What drives Fanny is the belief that dance belongs to everyone. That it transcends generations, genders and bodies. If she had to sum it up in three words? ‘Freedom. Expression. Well-being.’
And his final words resonate like a call to action:
‘Dance should be accessible to everyone. Regardless of gender, age or ability, it should be promoted everywhere... and even taught in schools! So go for it.’
